Whether you need a different size or a different style, our team is dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Detail Depot

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized NZ Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
